We build software that runs real businesses.

The software house behind three SaaS platforms we founded and operate, and a partner for custom web and mobile builds.

Products

Ready-to-use subscription software with no commissions, not one-off client builds. Pick the platform that fits your business, sign up, and go live in days.

QR ordering and loyalty for restaurants

Put a QR on every table of your restaurant: guests browse the menu, order, and pay from their phone, then earn rewards and referrals that bring them back. No commissions on orders, fully branded to your venue, live in an afternoon.

  • QR ordering
  • Loyalty and wallet passes
  • Referrals
  • Reservations and floor plan
  • Kitchen display

Bookings for appointment-led businesses

Run your salon, studio, clinic, or gym on one system: real-time availability, deposits, reminders, memberships, and check-ins, with no booking commissions.

  • Real-time scheduling
  • Deposits and payments
  • Memberships and check-ins
  • Embeddable widget

Ride and transfer operations

Run your transfer fleet on one platform: scheduled and on-demand rides, live driver tracking, dynamic pricing, and card payments, with native apps for your drivers and customers.

  • Live fleet tracking
  • Dynamic pricing
  • Driver and customer apps
  • Card and cash payments

When off-the-shelf software cannot cover your business, we design and ship it: scoped in writing, priced fixed, maintained after launch.

SaaS platforms and web apps

Online platforms your customers sign in to: booking systems, customer portals, and member areas. Sign-ins, payments, and a simple admin screen come ready from day one, so what you launch is a real product your customers can use, not a prototype.

Mobile apps

Apps for your customers and your team, published on the App Store and Google Play, with notifications that bring people back and everything staying in step with your website.

Dashboards and internal tools

One clear screen for the day-to-day: watch bookings, sales, and your team's work as it happens, and pull reports yourself without asking anyone.

Integrations and automations

We connect the tools you already use, card payments, digital wallet passes, maps, and messages, so information moves between them on its own instead of being retyped by hand.

Scope

A short call, then a written plan with fixed scope, timeline, and price. No discovery retainers.

Build

Weekly releases you can click from day one. You watch the product grow in a staging environment, not in slide decks.

Operate

We host, monitor, and maintain what we ship. Your build runs with the same care as our own products.

Auxoware, a software house based in Greece

What does Auxoware build?

Two things. SaaS products your business can subscribe to today: VexaServe for restaurant QR ordering and loyalty, AppointsHub for appointment bookings, and iRide for ride and transfer operations, currently in development. And custom software for clients: web platforms, mobile apps, dashboards, and integrations.

Do you take on custom projects?

Yes. If your business needs a web app, a mobile app, a booking or ordering system, or an internal tool that off-the-shelf software cannot cover, we scope it in writing and build it end to end.

What technologies do you work with?

TypeScript with Next.js and React, .NET, and Angular on the front and back end. PostgreSQL and Supabase for data, Stripe and Viva for payments, Firebase for push notifications, and native mobile tooling for iOS and Android.

Is your software already used in production?

Yes. AppointsHub serves appointment-led businesses at appointshub.com, and VexaServe runs as a multi-tenant QR ordering and loyalty platform for restaurant venues at vexaserve.com. iRide, our ride and transfer platform, is available on request.

How does a project start?

Email [email protected] with a short description of your business and what you need. We reply with questions, then a written proposal with scope, timeline, and a fixed price.

A short note about your business is enough. We reply with questions, then a written proposal: scope, timeline, fixed price.
